Exporting your data

You can download everything in your Cloud Office account as a single archive.

How to export

1. Go to Settings → Data.
2. Click Request data export.
3. We prepare the archive and email you a download link within an hour (usually minutes).
4. The link is valid for 7 days.

What's in it

• Edit documents as .docx and .md.
• Slides decks as .pdf and a JSON representation.
• Digits sheets as .xlsx and .csv.
• All files from Space in their original format.
• Notes and to-dos as JSON.
• Contacts as .vcf.
