Your agreement

Cloud Office is provided by Ughoron Technology (“Ughoron”, “we”, “us”). This agreement is between you and Ughoron. Our privacy policy and cookies policy are part of this agreement.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for the security of your password and for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at security@ughoron.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person, one account. Don't share login credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any law or anyone's rights.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise the Service's integrity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
• Resell, white-label, or sub-licence the Service without a written agreement.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) at a rate that materially affects service for other users.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of every document, file, and piece of content you create or upload to Cloud Office. You grant us a narrow licence to host, process, transmit, back up, and serve your content back to you — strictly to operate the Service. We don't use your content for advertising, model training, or analytics on substance.

You are responsible for the content you upload — you confirm you have the rights to it.

Our intellectual property

The Cloud Office trademarks, logos, design, and code are owned by Ughoron Technology. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. You may reference Cloud Office in screenshots, reviews, and articles under standard fair use.

Subscriptions & billing

• Cloud Office has a free tier and paid plans. Pricing is published at /pricing.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for material service failure within 14 days of the charge.
• Taxes are added where required by law.

Suspension & termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users. On termination you keep the right to export your content for 30 days.

Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work hard to keep it that way.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ughoron's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the “last updated” date when these terms change. Material changes will be announced via email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
