Cookies policy
Just the cookies we need.
Last updated · 6 June 2026
Cloud Office uses a small number of cookies. None of them track you across other websites. None of them are sold to advertisers. This page lists exactly what we set, why, and how long they last.
Summary
- We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
- We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
- You can clear cookies from your browser at any time. The essential ones will be re-issued on your next visit.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a tiny text file a website asks your browser to store. The browser sends it back the next time you visit, which is how the site recognises you and remembers your preferences.
What we use

Third parties
We do not embed third-party advertising, social, or analytics cookies on Cloud Office pages. If a future feature requires a third-party cookie (for example a payment processor on the checkout page), we'll list it here and ask for your consent first.
Your controls
- You can clear cookies from your browser's settings at any time.
- You can use private/incognito mode to prevent persistent cookies.
- Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or saving preferences.
Changes
If we add or remove cookies, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
