What can I store in Space?
Anything — images, PDFs, video, audio, code, archives — alongside your documents, presentations and sheets. Folders nest as deep as you need.
How does sharing work?
Turn on a public link for any file with view, comment or edit access, or invite specific people by email. Turn the link off and it stops working immediately.
Does it sync to my computer?
The desktop app keeps a local sync folder that mirrors Space both ways, so your files are on your machine and in the cloud.
Is my data private?
Yes. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, we don't sell it, and we don't train models on it. You can export everything or delete your account any time.
Do notes, to-dos and contacts live here too?
Yes — they're part of Space, searchable from the same bar, and synced with the rest of your account.
