Deleting your account

What gets deleted, what's kept (in backups), and how long it takes.
You can delete your Cloud Office account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
How to delete
- Go to Settings → Danger zone.
- Click Delete account.
- Type your email to confirm.
- Confirm. Your session ends immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, sessions, and 2FA settings — immediately.
- Your documents, files, notes, todos, contacts — within 30 days.
- Backups containing your data — within 90 days.
What about shared documents?
Documents you shared with others are deleted with your account. If a collaborator needs to keep a copy, ask them to duplicate it before you delete.
