Is Cloud Office free?
There's a free plan with unlimited documents and 2 GB of file storage. Paid plans add more storage, unlimited collaborators and the desktop sync folder. See pricing for the details.
Do I need to install anything?
No — it runs in any modern browser. There's also a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux if you want offline files and a sync folder.
Does it work offline?
The desktop app does. Documents save to your computer as real files and sync to Cloud Space when you sign in; the web app needs a connection.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Every document, deck and sheet supports real-time collaboration — live cursors, presence and comments — backed by a real CRDT so edits merge cleanly.
Can I get my work out?
Always. Export documents to .docx / PDF, sheets to .xlsx / .csv, decks to PDF, and your whole account as a single archive. No lock-in.
Is my data private?
Encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data and we don't train models on your content. Delete your account any time.
