A document won't open

If a document hangs on its loading state, try these in order.

1. Hard reload. Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + R. Clears the cached page state.
2. Sign out and back in. Refreshes your session token, which the realtime server uses to authenticate.
3. Try a different browser. Rules out a browser extension or local cache issue.
4. Open from Home. If the document doesn't appear there, it may have been moved to trash by a collaborator.

If none of the above work, email support@ughoron.com with the document URL and a screenshot of the loading state. We can usually recover the document from the realtime store within an hour.
