A short tour of the suite and which app to reach for when.
Cloud Office is a suite of three first-party apps that share one account, one file system, and one collaboration backbone.
Edit — documents
A real paper-size word processor. Pages flow naturally, you can pick a preset (letter, report, novel, essay) for the right margins and styles, and every document is auto-saved and version-tracked.
Slides — presentations
Decks built for delivery. Presenter mode opens only on a second display, leaving your speaker view, notes, and next-slide preview on the laptop. Export to PDF or images.
Digits — spreadsheets
Cells, formulas, sheets, named ranges. A formula engine that mirrors the names most people already know.
Plus the small but mighty tools
- Space — your file home. Everything you upload or create lives here.
- Notes — quick thoughts you don't need a document for.
- To-dos — a personal task list with a position-ordered drag-and-drop.
- Contacts — addresses, emails, phones — with favourites and tags.
